Dental Lifeline Network is excited to introduce three new leaders to our national board.
Jennifer “Jen” Phillips – Guardian
Jennifer “Jen” Phillips comes to the Dental Lifeline Network board as a strategy and analytics professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently, Jen is the Head of Dental Network Strategy & Enablement at Guardian, where she is responsible for managing Guardian’s dental network of 138,000 providers. Jen holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in International Management and Modern Languages (French) from the University of Bath.
“I am excited by the opportunity to contribute my expertise to Dental Lifeline Network, an organization that has a meaningful impact in the community,” said Jen. “My work at Guardian has given me a great understanding of the dental industry, and I am eager to apply that knowledge to support DLN’s vital mission and expand its reach.”
While on the DLN board, Jen is looking forward to using her professional skills and experience in the dental industry to directly support DLN’s work.
Hideyoshi “Yoshi” Johnson – Dentsply Sirona
Hideyoshi “Yoshi” Johnson joins the Dental Lifeline Network national board with a background in marketing, project management, and sales, and is passionate about serving veterans. He served six years as an officer in the United States Army and is active in veteran-related groups, including leading the Veteran Employee Resource Group at Dentsply Sirona. Yoshi is currently a Product Brand Manager at Dentsply Sirona and holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA from the University of Florida.
“I am eager to bring my experience, coupled with my passion for serving the veteran community, to Dental Lifeline Network,” said Yoshi. “I believe I can make a significant contribution to the board and help DLN further its mission of providing critical dental care to vulnerable individuals, including our deserving veterans.”
While on the DLN board, Yoshi hopes to strengthen the partnership between DLN and Dentsply Sirona and use his deep understanding of the veteran community to support DLN’s mission.
Katy Kjartanson – Henry Schein
Dental Lifeline Network is pleased to welcome Katy Kjartanson to its national board of directors. Katy brings extensive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and business strategy within the dental industry and currently serves as Executive Director of Commercial Marketing and Sales Strategy at Henry Schein. She has led national initiatives that have driven double-digit growth and improved access to care through innovative customer programs.
“I’m passionate about advancing access to care for underserved populations,” said Katy. “I look forward to using my professional experience to support Dental Lifeline Network’s important mission.”
Katy is excited to contribute to DLN’s efforts by fostering collaboration, promoting corporate social responsibility, and helping expand access to care nationwide.
